Harushin Honten — Restaurant in Nagano

We had a lovely time at this teppanyaki and sushi omakase! Lovely little spot with 7 seats at the front and a private room in the back. The omakase was such great value and had around 20 courses. We were so full and everything tasted amazing! Takeuchi and Shota were amazing chefs and very accommodating - they speak some English and we were able to speak more using Google translate. They are lovely, sweet people and of course, very talented chefs! We would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an omakase...

This restaurant was such a lovely discovery! We found this restaurant from Google on the evening we arrived to Nagano city. We did not have a reservation but we decided to go and ask if it would be possible for us to dine there. The staff was kind enough to organize a seat for us and they served us with a most wonderful and kind attitude! The food and drinks were amazingly good! We are very grateful for the opportunity to dine in this restaurant. Thank you and greetings...

My husband brought me here for our anniversary and it was such a perfect night. The staff was so kind and funny. They were very patient with my poor Japanese and we had fun talking with Google Translate.

We had one of their course meals and it was honestly so delicious! Everything was obviously made with a lot of love.
