We asked for a table for 3 pax. The young female staff lead us to a table next to 2 men who were talking loudly so I asked if she could give us the table just behind the one she wanted to give us but she just refused. It was a simple request and yet she unhappily refused. She would have given that table to the next group who came in. Simple logic. We refused to eat here. There is also a 330 yen per person charge which I cannot understand. This was our last night in Nagano and this left a really bad impression.

You can enter the queue and will be told to come back at a certain time so you do not have to stand around. You need to take off your shoes and they have low tables with leg space in the ground, which is very lovely and I recommend to experience at least once as a tourist. The food was great and we got a 1 hour lemon sour tap with syrup to mix with for 500 yen each which was enough to have a good time even with the low alcohol content.

You can order from an Ipad/tablet, which makes ordering in English very easy. Would highly recommend for everyone, especially English speakers!

Staff will provide an iPad / tablet to order food (it is available in English). You can also order on your phone in English via QR code (it uses the same menu as the tablet).

All you can drink is available at 2000 yen per person (including draft beer). Without draft beer is 1500 yen. It lasts for 2 hours.

The staff are lovely, we had a great time 🥰 all of the food is delicious!! And drinks...
