Came here for an early dinner at 6pm on a Monday night. Atmosphere isn't the best... Feels like a food court. When we came place was empty and when we left started to slowly fill. We ordered the nagasaki beef fillet for 3000 yen which was amazing and highly recommend as well as the steak Turkish rice 1500 yen which was good.. Other than that all the dishes we ordered were pretty average. They have a very decent all you can drink for 1500 yen which is worth doing if you have 2 or 3 drinks. Can see this place doing...

旅の思い出にと選んだお店でしたが、残念な事が様々度重なり、不愉快な気分で店を後にしました。

その① 店員(アルバイトを含む)さんへの接客態度教育が行き届かず、サービス業である飲食店で働く者としての基本的な挨拶が全く出来ていない。

開店時刻の10分程前に店舗入口で待機していると、先ずはアルバイトと思われる男性が、半ば私共を掻き分けんばかりにして、無言で階段を駆け上がる様は大変不愉快でした。

続いて、フロアマット敷きやディスプレイ持ち出し等の開店準備に出て来たアルバイトの女性は、開店待ちのお客様へ対して『おはようございます』でもなければ『いらっしゃいませ』でもなく、無言で客に尻を向けて無愛想な表情でガサガサガタガタと作業を行い、『11時の開店となりますので今暫くお待ちくださいませ』の一言も無く、接客業にはあるまじき対応で再び店内へと姿を消しました。

『◯◯コンテストでグランプリ…』を声高にアピールする前に、経営者はもっと店員の教育へと尽力すべきではありませんか？

その② トルコライスへのトッピングの魚フライですが、300円の追加料金を取る割には、まあ何と小さく薄っぺらい物が1つのみで、加えて味はとても塩辛く、普通の相場から考えるにボッタクリと評されても仕方の無い内容にはガッカリさせられました。

昨今の原材料費や光熱費等の高騰への理解は示しますが、それにしても価格に見合わぬ貧弱過ぎる内容であると言わざるを得ません。

その③ 炊き方の問題なのか、抑の米の品種や品質の問題なのか、サフランライスの味(お米そのもの)がハッキリ申し上げて美味しくありません。美味しくないと言うより正直不味いです。

上述の如く現況では、苦労してお店を立ち上げ育ててきた創業者の顔に、後継者が泥を塗る事にもなりかねず、今一度初心へと立ち戻り、必要な事は何であるのか、足りず及ばずの面は如何なる部分であるのかを再考頂く事を強く望みます。
