Having sushi delivered by train seems to be quite thing in Japan. Ordering was by tablet and in Japanese. The only time we saw a person was one that showed us to our table and when the guide was paying. Need to have a Japanese speaker with you or be very trusting in the other diners since you have to take a ticket and wait for it to be called to get a seat. Food was probably quite standard for Japanese locals but was good and reasonably cheap from what I could tell. Worth a visit if you speak Japanese or if you are prepared to take a risk and act like a very dumb foreigner - something I have no problem with at all.
