It may look like your average neighborhood restaurant, but KIKI-MAIMAI is anything but! I wandered in with a friends on a Friend and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of PHO. I ordered the banh mi, spring roll, pho, and the Mix-fruit chè for dessert. The bread was crunchy and filling. While I wasn't a fan of the boiled pork in it, overall it was pleasing. "Che that cam" mix fruit dessert, recommend.

But Pho (both chicken and beef) total disappointment - and looking around d in the restaurant no surprise: they had boxes of ready-made Pho mix (with 3 kinds of flavour enhancer, and lots of other chemicals after a quick web search). Price is low - but quality equally. Too bad - atmosphere is nice

KIKI-MAIMAI is not that bad of a vietnamese restaurant. The food was okay, the Pho wasn't that tasty/savory. The pork with rice was not bad just very sweet, and the spring rolls didn't have the peanut sauce. They don't accept cards just Yen and the kids play area is blocked with food supplies and boxes. KIKI-MAIMAI is not bad but...
