First of all thank you so much for the owners and the hosts of this hidden gem 💎 in the middle of Japan! Second of all , wow to tuna sushi from Indian Ocean, felt like butter on the mouth and was so yummy 😋 caviar ( “ikra” from Russia) was delicious too! To be honest everything was great! It was our first experience of sushi in Japan and we loved it so so much, the kindness, generosity and hospitality of the owners of these place left us with the most warmed memories about Japan! The owners are extremely nice, and try their hardest to communicate despite the language barrier. The chef was also kind to take us to the nearby shrine in the middle of dinner.
