Total surprise, a flavorful ramen/mazesoba/dipping noodles place in a row of small food shops next to Nagoya Castle and Dolphins Area. We entered just wanting to seat and eat something after a long walk but discovered a great place with nice, even if simple ambiance, super helpful stuff and great great food. We had miso ramen and spicy mazesoba. The first dish was “just” very very good but the mazesoba was an actual experience - thick noodles you mix with spices, meat and fresh, raw egg; amazing on its own.
