I tried the chicken soy sauce and chicken paitan ramen. There were instructions on how to eat the ramen at the table, so I followed them.

The instructions suggested taking a photo while the ramen was still hot, so I did.

It was also recommended to add rice to the remaining soup to enjoy it risotto-style, which I tried.

The restaurant only has counter seats, and while waiting for the ramen, I could watch the chef skillfully and carefully preparing the dishes. Both types of ramen...

The ramen turns up to be surprisingly springy and tasty. The soy soup is extremely delicious with the chicken essence and umami and soy fragrance. The chicken and pork slices are tender and flavorful. Chicken has a hint of fragrant lemon which complements the chicken taste.
