Must visit Ichiran at least once in Japan. I came for breakfast at 9:40am so there was no wait but the lines are longer at night especially late night. First, you order on a kiosk and grab your ticket order. Then you look at the seating chart to see which seats are open. Fill out the preferences paper, place your order ticket, and ring the staff. No talking needed, the staff have pre-memorized lines and if you wish to communicate further there are prewritten notes on the side you can hand them after ringing them. There are also paper to order more but you must use cash for that. Staff are very polite. Ramen very high quality for the price; tasty broth and good noodles.
