I was lured to this restaurant by the tantalizing pictures from other diners. I am happy to say that the experience lived up to my expectations. Pictured below is the ”Two by Four” burger and it was delicious. The patties were well seasoned and the abundance of cheese made it worthwhile. They have an extensive menu including eggs Benedict, pancakes, French toast, a separate dinner menu, and more in addition to their array of hamburgers. I look forward to exploring the rest of the menu. Note: The hours listed in Google Maps for this establishment were not correct at the time I visited. It was listed as only 1100 - 1700 when in actuality it is open up until 2300. I pointed this out to the restaurant owners so hopefully the times will be correctly reflected in Google Maps for future visitors.

We don’t speak any Japanese but the owner was very helpful and used translation app. He told us it would be a while but we had no problem waiting. The coffee was amazing and food was next level!! The presentation and pride they take in their food is something we haven’t experienced before. Highly recommend coming here for a meal experience you won’t forget!

We don’t speak any Japanese but the owner was very helpful and used translation app. He told us it would be a while but we had no problem waiting. The coffee was amazing and food was next level!! Before leaving Japan and heading back to Singapore, I was craving a good burger. I couldn't explain why. I am not talking about a basic McDonald's or Burger King burger. I wanted a real burger. I was not disappointed in "In This Flavor." The chef took great pride in every plate that he made and my burger was delicious. The meat patty was large and very excellent. The accessories on the burger were fresh. The different types of burgers were great to choose from. If I am ever in Nagoya again, this is the burger restaurant for me.
