Shibuya — Restaurant in Nagoya

I don’t understand staff in this shop not friendly to foreigners, or they just not friendly. Costumer service it’s just too low for Japan . I visited this place twice . First time I came , I loved design idea in shop, but the face of staff, the way how they talk surprise me not in good way. My friend want to order scrambled egg, first the staff lady told they couldn’t cook it, even its was in menu “all day breakfast “ lol. But in the last they told us, if they charge for 100 yen, they can make this scrambled egg lol. In my second experience, i came with another friend, and while she wait for me , set on terrace for 5 min, but after I reach I felt cold and uncomfortable on terrace, they even never brought our order yet, and I asked can we seat inside please. Which staff lady just tell no, it’s not possible. I told but I am cold here and music on terrace it’s noisy. Which she again tell no, we can’t change you table. Price in the shop not cheap, so I was hoping they can have some good costumer service.. Me and my friend feel disappointed, and went different shop with same price but better costumer service quality . If you want to go and enjoy your time totally not recommend this place. Even design it’s really cool, but if you come you will feel how rude they are..by the way this time for scrambled eggs they try to charge 300yen, without writing this in menu....

🌱veg friendly/ foreigner friendly The whole experience was amazing, from start to finish. The service was really good, the waiter explained everything on the menu to us as well as how to pay. They allow card and cash as well as split payments. Staff speak a little English to help foreigners order.

The food itself was so delicious, and we got large servings with lots of fruits and veggies. Everything is quite cheap considering the serving size.

The atmosphere is amazing and you can decide to sit in the interior or by the arched entrance. The decor is clean and there is multiple choice...

I went to eat breakfast. I ordered the basic breakfast menu which should have TWO EGGS and a toast however it came without two eggs!! The chef must have been still sleeping when he/she was cooking!!! How can a chef and also the waiter miss main ingredients (two eggs) on the plate before serving a customer????? UNREAL‼️‼️‼️‼️ I’ve never experienced a chef and a waiter missed the main food on the plate spectacularly like this at any restaurants in the world‼️‼️ The owner should seriously think about how to run this poorly run restaurant now. It’s too embarrassing...
