Very cute dessert. They restocked at three different timings- 1000, 1400, 1800. When I arrived at 1040, there were only chocolate and strawberry flavours left. Queue was long but manageable.
The dessert resemble the texture of pudding, with a hidden caramelised layer at the centre. The bottom layer is a sponge cake, but it was wet and rather mushy, likely from the liquid from the layers above it. When arrived home all the cakes had melted. Called the company and explained what happened, provided them with photos and the only answer was this hasn’t happened before, it was provided adequately so my way of carrying must have caused this. Didn’t offer any compensation, not even a discount coupon for future purchase. After lining up to purchase and getting no customer service. Isn’t what I expected. Very poor....

Inside is pudding. The outside is cake. Made from the eggs of chickens that can only be raised in Aichi Prefecture. All kinds of sweets are made fresh daily, sold in batches, limited quantities, and available only at Nagoya Station😁 Personally, I think it's a bit sweet. (I'm a sweet person🤣) but the cake texture is soft and can be used.
