我絕對不推薦這家餐廳。這是一段非常令人不愉快的經歷,完全漠視顧客的感受和需求。
首先,店內沒有任何員工會說外語,對於國際客人毫無考慮。雖然部分員工很有禮貌,但經理的態度卻極其差勁。他完全沒有禮儀,態度非常粗魯,完全不遵守基本的日式禮儀,令人失望至極。
我們一行38人到訪時,完全沒有提供水或茶作為迎接,整個過程中完全被忽視。前菜的上菜速度非常慢,令人越來越不耐煩。
最糟糕的是在宴會期間,老闆需要發表演說,經理卻堅持要打斷用餐來插入演講,完全沒有體諒客人的感受。這種行為極其不禮貌且令人難以接受。
此外,我提出投訴時,店方毫無反應,也沒有提供任何正式的投訴渠道。飲品放題結束時,完全沒有通知,突然告訴我們不能再點飲料。我甚至願意付雙倍或三倍的價格繼續點飲料,但經理卻冷漠地說廚房已經停止點餐。這種對顧客的漠不關心,不僅破壞了我們的用餐體驗,也影響了餐廳的營收。
總結來說,這家餐廳完全沒有同理心,服務態度差,經理的行為也極不專業。強烈建議所有非日本的旅客避免光顧此地。他們的態度遠遠不符合應有的服務標準,還對年輕員工產生了不良的影響。
我絕不會再來,也不會推薦給任何人。這次經歷非常令人失望。
I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. It was a highly unpleasant experience, showing complete disregard for customer feelings and needs.
First of all, none of the staff speak foreign languages, showing no consideration for international guests. While some staff members are polite, the manager's attitude was absolutely terrible. He lacked manners and proper etiquette, and was extremely rude, completely ignoring basic Japanese courtesies.
When our group of 38 arrived, there was no water or tea offered as a greeting, and we were left completely unattended. The appetizers were served very slowly, only adding to our frustration.
The worst part was during the banquet when the owner needed to give a speech. The manager insisted on interrupting the meal to facilitate this, showing no empathy or regard for the guests’ comfort. Such behavior is utterly inconsiderate and unacceptable.
Furthermore, when I lodged a complaint, I received no response or concern from the management, and there was no proper channel to voice grievances. At the end of the all-you-can-drink offer, we were suddenly told we could no longer order drinks without any prior notice. I even offered to pay double or triple the price to continue drinking, but the manager dismissively claimed the kitchen had already closed the last order. Their lack of customer consideration not only spoiled our experience but also negatively impacted their revenue.
In summary, their complete lack of empathy, poor service attitude, and the manager's unprofessional behavior are a waste of time and money. I strongly advise all international travelers to avoid this restaurant. Their attitude is far from acceptable service, and they have a negative influence on their young staff.
I will never visit again and do not recommend it to anyone. It was a truly disappointing...
