このような状況は、個人の問題だけでなく、スタッフ教育の欠如を示していると思います。接客マナーの徹底的な教育を行っていただきたいです。また、このスタッフの態度は、店舗全体のイメージや信頼に大きな影響を与える可能性があります。他のお客様も同じように不快な思いをしないよう、店舗全体で適切な対策を講じる必要があると思います。
