This is easily one of the best restaurants in okinawa! Not just food but service really impressed us. Waiter/Waitress were very nice and helpful, quick to respond, alert all the time. They have been observing every customer so they can react in split sec. Food served was lightning fast but not rushed. To ensure customers have the best taste of the meal. The teamwork was very impressive. They fill each other's position right away. Feels like… well trained school of army WITH SMILES AND PLEASANT feeling! We also stayed in this hotel. Hotel staff was great too but compared to the restaurant, the restaurant staff were even better! We not only appreciated the food but the team work and kindness of staff. We are also in the service business, we truly understand how difficult it is for them to achieve such service levels. The restaurant offers wide range of delicacy with local ingredients and fusion food. All the staffs are very attentive and full of smile which you won’t be neglected even a very small details. We were seated in front of the kitchen and enjoyed the classy cooking all through the night. Every dish was curated professionally by the team. From appetizers to main, all are perfectly cooked and very delicious. It’s combined with fine dinning atmosphere and fusion recipes. My favorite dish is the prawn salad. The sauce is fascinated. We have celebrated the birthday here and it’s really heartwarming that they create a pretty cake for us. The caligraphy is so pretty🥰. We love also options of mocktail too. It’s not that easy to find a breakfast place in kokusai, when we knew this place is opened at 8am, we have decided to visit it immediately. We came here on an August morning without reservation. We didn’t have to wait to be seated in, it is actually the restaurant of the hotel. Service was wonderful, kids’ drinks were served with a cover and straw. Waiter told us pancakes will take 20mins to be ready, so there was a little bit of waiting on the table. But when the pancakes arrived, we know the waiting was worthy. It was so fluffy and tasty.
