forgot about this review I did (Bad non Japanese staff service, need to box own take out food while kicking us out.) New review not any better, Went to the restaurant 30 minutes before the last order with the place being 80% empty. The waiter insisted we sit at the back of the restaurant. We requested a table by the window to enjoy the open window and fresh breezes, but were instead offered a table in the middle. When we asked again for a table near the window, the waiter repeated the offer for the middle table. Frustrated by this, we decided not to eat at the restaurant and went to another place with more accommodating staff. I had forgotten that I had given this place a one-star review 4 years ago, and it seems things have not improved. This place is so weird we order something and we got different things than we ordered, they bring the food on your table and then we have to figure it out what what is yourself. The people don’t help us when we ask for help or if we want to order. We waited an hour for 3 pieces of chicken. They also gave us the wrong drinks and don’t tell us that the drinks are unavailable. Isaka-ya style restaurant at Naha, Okinawa. Food quality is normal, portion is a bit smaller than expected. Price of drink is reasonable. Staff is always busy; you have to say something clearly to get their attention, and wait time is relatively long before food is ready.
