First of all, Service was so sooo goood! And this is such an adorable location. The decor inside, the relaxing music, and really lovely food on the menu. I had the squid ink noodles which was delicious, and my sister had the steamed meat bun, delicious and decent portions! My wife and I decided to go in for appetizers to hold us over until dinner time. It was 3pm. At 3:40 we left as all we had been served was water. Shouldn't take 40 minutes to get chicken karage and 2 dumplings. The worker was very apologetic. At that time there was only one other patron upstairs. Not sure how busy it was downstairs. Read moreHad a lovely time at this Café in the Fukushuen Garden! We stopped here for a quick bite during our exploring of the garden. I had a mizuwarabi mochi and a virgin mojito. I really liked what I ordered and especially the mochi was great!! My husband had pork and shrimp dumplings and a Moscow mule. He liked the dumplings very much, it was the best food he ate while our stay in Japan! Also the Moscow Mule is now his 3rd favourite drink...
