Service is really bad, food is cold, staff doesn’t give a damn. We booked the branch that gave live Michi at 1900 but they moved us to another branch without notify us, music in that branch is 1 hour later, watered us a lot of time.

Sashimi has huge sharpe bone in it.

Food that’s needs to be hot was cold.

Staff responsive was almost to none .

There is a reason why it isn’t full while others were full.

Went on a positive recommendation by the gf's friend. Made reservations. Didn't say there was going to be a 700¥ cover charge per person when we accidentally caught the last 15minutes of a performance. On top of that, service wasn't great and food didn't have much flavor. A light above the table flickered randomly and frequently throughout the dinner. Might be nit-picking but that 1400¥ could have went to...

Great service and vibe. The guests that performed were amazing. Staff 玲 was super, super quick and attentive to our orders and requests. Food was decent and drinks came out fast. Course is available but only through reservation. Definitely recommend reserving in advance. We sat in the back and the seats were nice considering it...
