This is a great music bar! You pay ¥1,100 with a flier and you can enter and have all you can drink. It gets packed around 10:30 pm so it can be hard to get drinks sometimes after that. Sometimes waits up to 10 minutes. If the crowd gets too big they usually bring in a second bartender. They play a lot of top 50 remixes which is great. They bring in guest DJs from Tokyo often and have dancers from Osaka. You can also request a hookah for ¥3,000 and they taste pretty good! The guest bartenders that do shots and champagne always have high energy and are excited to just have a good time in their sub bar! You can also request VIP which comes with karaoke and 1 hour drink service where the bartender will bring up drinks for you. It can get pretty crowded so keep that in mind. I went for the weekly meetup event, which is probably true for most people looking up this review.

I've been to meetup events in Tokyo where people actually talk to strangers and have nametags and you can actually hear each other.

This wasn't that. It's a concrete room with two concrete slabs as tables in the centre. Filled with 110 men and 4 women (if that.) The music that's apparently "all kinds" is actually just extremely loud hip hop. No space to dance, just childrens games on the tables and hookah.

"Dress to impress" meant everyone in sweatpants or sports jerseys.

And the 1000 yen unlimited drinks all come from one poor bartender (100+ people all getting their drinks one at a time from the poor girl) so don't expect to get more than one an hour.
