O Crepe Sweets Cafe — Restaurant in Naha

Went to eat here. The food was lovely, had a sweet and savoury crepe that I talked to the chef about and he altered to make gluten free for me and both were still delicious. Be warned however, it took an incredibly long time for the food to come, nearly 1 hour with only one other couple in the store on my arrival and only one other couple coming in after me. Took a while to order due to a large reservation, but it was well worth the wait. Our party’s different orders were all masterfully executed courses. Each crepe had the perfect texture to accentuate the toppings. My margarita pizza’s tomatoes and cheese were perfectly cooked so that the flavor of the ingredients was not lost within the crepe or salad. 非常に残念です。

約一週間前に誕生日ケーキを注文し、朝の11時受取で予約しました。 11時オープンでしたので、5分前に店の前に着きました。 中では店主さんが動いている姿が見えました。

看板がCLOSEだったので外で待ち続けましたが、11時を過ぎてもOPENされず、 何回も目が合ったのに、ドアが開く気配はなく…

直接ドアを開けると、既に先客がおり、少し待って欲しいとのことで30分ぐらい待たされました。 11時受取だったので、会計するだけなのに30分も待つのか…と思いきや、 出番となり伺うと、すぐ用意するのでまた待って欲しいとのこと…

よく見るとそこからケーキを作り始めてました。予約の意味は？ そこからさらに15分が経ち、ケーキが出来上がりましたが… 予約したケーキとはまったく違う別のケーキでした。

誕生日の人は、普段フルーツをあまり食べないので、 わざとフルーツケーキではないものを選んで予約したのに、 渡されたケーキはフルーツの盛り合わせみたいなケーキでした。

どういうことか尋ねると、写真のものは次期ではないと言われました。 ならば、なぜその写真で予約を取っているのでしょうか？ 変更があると事前に説明や電話するべきではないでしょうか？ なぜ勝手に注文もしていないケーキを作って売るんでしょうか？

しかも、急いで15分ぐらいで作り上げたケーキがちゃんと出来ているはずがない。 ホールケーキに塗られている生クリームはデコボコで、フルーツも雑に刺されているだけ… こんなものを買う為に一週間前に予約して、30分も車で駆けつけたわけではありません。

結局、そのケーキは使えず、急いで別の店で新しいケーキを購入しました。

実は、今回注文してたケーキは、去年予約に間に合わなかったので 今回は前もって注文したものだったので、非常に残念でした。

一年に一度しかない誕生日が台無しになりました。

店主の態度は悪くありませんが、 もう少し接客や店のシステムなどを見直...
