After almost 20 days in Japan, I finally found something different from the usual ramen! Here in Okinawa, I discovered a place that truly impressed me — modern, stylish, and with a youthful, welcoming vibe.

Their signature dish is a pork-based ramen that stands out from the traditional style: the broth is rich and flavorful but well-balanced, never too heavy. The pork is tender and perfectly seasoned, and the noodles have just the right texture.

One thing I really appreciated was the option to pair the soup with a side bowl of rice, grilled chicken, and a marinated egg yolk — a creative combo that complements the ramen beautifully and makes the whole experience feel more complete.

I came here for lunch with my wife. If you are coming for lunch COME EARLY. They were very busy and we got there like 20 minutes after they opened for lunch. It’s also a ticket machine system so have yen ready. I don’t think it took ¥10,000 bills so have ¥1,000 bills ready We ordered the Chicken Salt Ramen (on accident we wanted the chicken cream salt ramen) with the chasiu rice bowl set and the black garlic ramen.

The salt ramen was light, salty , and delicious. Lots of noodles and toppings included. After eating half the charsiu rice bowl, we poured soup broth into the bowl and finished the rice like that and it was heavenly! Especially because we came on a chilly windy day.

The black garlic ramen was heavy and creamy and delicious. The garlic was pretty strong but that’s how I like it. The eggs were perfectly cooked and blended well with the broth.

跟家人一同前往用餐，本以為能享受一頓愉快的餐點，卻發生了一件極其不可思議的事情。店內大多數座椅皆為木製，卻不知為何混入了一張脆弱的塑膠高腳椅。就在用餐過程中，我父親所坐的那張椅子突然斷裂，導致他整個人直接摔倒在地。

更令人無法接受的是，事情發生後，店員的反應冷漠至極。僅有一名女店員淡淡丟下一句毫無誠意的「sorry」，完全沒有展現出應有的關懷與歉意。而另一名男店員甚至在一旁竊笑。這樣的態度讓人心寒，也大大削弱了對這間餐廳的信任與好感。

最後，也想說明我發出這篇評論，不只是因為心疼父親在當下受到的對待，更是希望提醒大家，若有機會前往用餐，不妨在入座時稍微注意一下椅子的狀況，特別是塑膠椅，以免讓原本愉快的用餐心情被突如其來的意外破壞。

その後の対応については、女性スタッフの方が「すみません」と声をかけてくださったものの、それ以上の気遣いやサポートはなく、誠意に欠ける印象を受けました。また、他のスタッフの対応にも残念に感じる部分があり、今回の出来事はお店への信頼を大きく損なう結果となりました。

最後に、このレビューを書いたのは、父が当時受けた対応に心を痛めたからだけではなく、これから訪れる方への注意喚起の意味も込めています。ご来店の際は、着席される前に椅子の状態を少しご確認いただければ、せっかくの楽しい食事の時間が思わぬ出来事で台無しにならずに済むと思います。

I visited this restaurant with my family, expecting to enjoy a pleasant meal, but instead we experienced a very serious incident. Most of the chairs in the restaurant were wooden, yet among them was a fragile plastic high chair. During the meal, my father happened to sit on that chair, and it suddenly collapsed, causing him to fall heavily onto the floor. Such a situation is extremely dangerous and raises serious concerns about whether the restaurant is properly managing basic safety.

What was even more disappointing was the staff’s unprofessional response. One female staff member brushed it off with a single, insincere “sorry,” offering no further assistance or concern. Even worse, a male staff member was seen chuckling nearby. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. When a customer suffers an accident on the premises, the very least the restaurant should provide is genuine care and a responsible attitude. Instead, this incident left us deeply disheartened.
