Nice clean establishment with respectful staff.

Orders are done via ticketing-machine with pictures, so even if you cant read hiragana oe kanji, you are able to figure out what it is.

The main orders are also translated into English.

After you have gotten your tickets and sat down on the seat that the staff points you too, you need to use the provided pen too mark down how you want the soup and noodles to be prepared. If again you are umable to read, the staff will provide you with an instruction-card with translation.

Staff have a baseline English, allowing you too get help or ask of help without issues, as well as beeing very open and friendly towards tourists. Have gone here several times the last few days out of convenience and there is always a lot of other tourists from all over the world, all being welcomed in and helped when needed.

The only improvement I would like too see is the char-su could be a little bit more flavourful, but everything else is great and the customer-service is very good, therefore earning 5 stars. Being a chain-restaurant, I am hoping to try out some of their other facilities later and compare the quality...

WORST RAMEN I HAD IN JAPAN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are a few things about this ramen place you need to know: 1. It got raving recommendations and reviews on Chinese social media like 小红书 that I’m now convinced are bought and fake. 2. As a result of its heavy marketing, it’s extremely busy (I had to wait in line at 3pm). 3. Almost all customers waiting in line or dining inside are Chinese/Taiwanese. No locals. 4. All staff except one are Indians. 5. It is not authentic at all. And it tastes bad. We knew the second we tasted the ramen and we left the shop with half of the ramen unfinished. Don’t get deceived by its nice look. It is a cheap low quality ramen shop pumped up by fake reviews and esp. targeting Chinese/Taiwanese tourists. If you are one of those unfortunate people lured by those fake social media recommendations like me, but fortunate enough to read my review before you eat...

This place is so overrated. Waited two nights in a row under the rain. You have to lineup as they dont take names down. Its a small restaurant with limited seats. First night when its almost our turn after waiting 30mins, the one person right in front of me brought his family of 8 to join (its a 12 seats restaurant) so we left, second nite it was pouring we waited close to an hour when its about our turn same thing happened again two gentlemen in front of us turns into party of 6. The restaurant has a sign saying that all party must be in line but they were not so thank goodness the restaurant turn them away as they violate the rules. We ordered thru the vending machine two bowls of ramens and gyoza. The pork on the ramen was still kinda cold and the noodle was hard, soup was just ok not too much flavor, gyoza was only but its tiny in size. I wouldnt think its...

Not worn the long wait. The restaurant can probably accommodate 12 people only, and they are not very fast in serving. I was the last person in first batch of the day, and the poor guy behind me had to wait another half an hour. The soup I ordered was Normal type and not thick type, and it was way too disappointing compare to any other ramen restaurant, too watery. Like the Ichiran Ramen, they have the chili inside, but the chili taste overwhelmed the soup, not like Ichiran Ramen where the chili mix well with the soup and enhance the taste greatly. The noodle quality was however not bad. Other than that, really can give this restaurant a miss. I do not understand how it could over take Ichiran Ramen as No.1 in Kyushu, as the standard was really below the typical standard of japan.

Overhyped and a literal tourist trap. Not a single Japanese in the shop. Came because wife saw it on social media and queued for about 30-40mins (under scorching sun) to get a seat. I give 3/10 because food was edible, table was reasonably clean and staff managed to bring the food to me without issue. Ramen super underwhelming and Ajitsuke eggs were hard. Don’t order the dumplings as the staff literally opened the supermarket packaging and poured it into the oil to cook. All 3 staff looks super unhappy with faces drained of life. It was our worst experience in Okinawa (or ever, I feel like an idiot just remembering it) If you value your time overseas, pls skip this 网红店. 除非你是SB。

Two stars for the ramen, 1 star for everything else. Really good ramen but the staff is very rude/unwelcoming and didn’t feel like a normal ramen restaurant in Japan. The staff seemed annoyed to have to deal with the customers and had attitudes. Inside there is no character with sterile white walls. I don’t understand the hype or why people wait so long for this location; I believe if this restaurant were in a less touristy area locals/Japanese would stop going. The small ramen shop by my house in Kanagawa is better. Also don’t drink the water, it’s terrible; luckily I had a beer.
