I was excited, then nervous and finally overjoyed for eating here. Nervous because it was a very small place and I had a moment of fear that the Japanese chef might just end up making local approximations of French cooking. (We had that happen in Taipei)

In the end we were in expert hands, all the dishes (except maybe the tartarre) were absolutely as expected / desired. I was amazed at how generous the servings were with truffle and foie gras, and the meats were cooked to perfection. Don't expect a fine dining atmosphere, but do look forward to amazing food at...

The best steak I have ever. Balance with three ingredients in Rosini style steak was golden ratio. Other foods were also best. Staffs showed familial and kind attitude for all guests. As foreign visitors, they made me and my wife love Okinawa. We will visit Okinawa again to go this restaurant...

The best steak I have ever. Balance with three ingredients in Rosini style steak was golden ratio. Other foods were also best. Staffs showed familial and kind attitude for all guests. As foreign visitors, they made me and my wife love Okinawa. We will visit Okinawa again to go this restaurant one more time.

バースデーディナーで伺いました🎂一品一品丁寧な一皿で美味しかったです。お肉は2品、牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮込み、牛の上に胡椒が敷き詰められたソテー、普段牛肉はあまり食べないんですが、どちらのお肉料理も素材の旨みが引き出されていてとっても美味しかったです。カルパッチョ、サーモンのスモーク、エビのリゾット、フォアグラとトリュフの卵かけご飯などなども絶妙なバランスで素材の味が活きているコンビネーションが素晴らしいです。カルパッチョも魚の味わいとソースのバランスがとって好きでした😋バースデーの記念にタッチペン兼ボールペンを頂き喜び倍増です❣️店舗入口の通路がワインセーラです🍾🍾🍾🥂✨✨✨✨店舗の入口は、ジュンク堂側の建物の横から階段を登った2階です。看板のないステキなお店です❤️
