A more traditional style of Omakase and not those fusion types. I love how their sushi rice is prepared, With all the freshness and how it was being prepared, it really makes up for our holiday here in Okinawa. One of the best meals here for our short trip.
Chef Hideya, the owner prepared every single piece with heart. He make one best unagi sushi that I ever had before. He is friendly and just because his English is not really good that I believed some review were commenting that he refused to talk to foreigners (Just remember, sushi chef is all about his knowledge and skills, not about talking to us nor putting up shows for us which many commercial omakase did nowadays)
