The soba noodles topped with raw grated vegetables, egg yolk and wasabi felt tremendously fresh. I believe this was a better choice than the other soba dishes with had a bigger portion of noodles but less side dish to play with. I also had mini-tendon: the tempura was thin, freshly cooked, not oily at all. Really enjoyable. The place is run by a group of ladies, some of them quite old already but hard workers.
