My partner has proclaimed Mandolin “one of the burgers she’s ever had.” I really liked it too! The buttermilk chicken cheeseburger was delicious, as was the avocado cheeseburger! We probably wouldn’t order the chorizo/jalapeño appetizer again, but why would you? The burgers are huge and are more than enough for a meal.

Excellent burger and buttermilk fried chicken!!! Fries & Onion rings were awesome too.

Definitely room for expansion to other locations with the quality of food. Cook & waitress ( owners?) were friendly and working fast.

I’ve eaten hundreds of burgers in the US, Hawaii, and Japan but the Mandolin Burger was perfect! Flavor profile, juiciness, freshness, cheese texture, bun flavor, veggie quality - really THE BEST burger in my life! Some restaurants think American burgers = big but Mandolin showed the best of Japan’s culinary sense improving the burger. I think this place should have a...
