Yamaura coffee — Restaurant in Niigata

Stumbled upon this amazing stop. The owner takes great pride in making the drip coffee. You have many beans to choose from, and it’s recommended to order it with the chocolate cake (1100 yen). The bitterness of the coffee complements perfect with the slightly sweetness of the chocolate cake.

Most amazing is the atmosphere inside. The cups are really beautiful and you feel like you have went back in time. Would commended highly coming here for a pitstop.

This just might be the cutest kissaten I've ever been to. The owner is very kind and it's a one woman show. She makes all the coffee, roasts all the beans, cleans all the tables and tends to all the customers. Love the cute ambiance...

追加 本店は竹山病院の裏 ちょつと白山さまへ向かって100メートルちょいに軽食もいただける支店？あり サンドイッチやパスタ食べれます ここもいい雰囲気…でもちょつと賑やか…本店の方が静かで時間をかけて落ち着く場所（お喋りを躊躇う雰囲気ありますが、お店のご夫婦とのちょっとした会話…和んだぁ〜） まだ一回しか利用してませんが（元大丸さんの裏にあった支店は数回利用）どっちも落ち着きほっこりできます コーヒーの味はほとんど変わりません でもでも、一度本店に行ってみて下さい 奥さまから教えてもらったアイスコーヒー、今度夏に帰ったら絶対飲みに寄ります
