This place is amazing! A one-of-a-kind find in Okinawa. My wife and I ate here for our wedding anniversary and were honestly blown away by the quality of the food and the caring of the staff. The course dinner was fantastic. They came out and explained each course. The served us as if we were the only ones in the restaurant. When they found out that it was our wedding anniversary, they made a special dessert plate which they labeled with a happy anniversary message, and even changed the music and the lighting as they delivered it to us. We felt so honored and loved. We will definitely be going back here!

I had a wonderful 9 course meal here with my boyfriend as part of his Christmas gift for me.:) il Gastro Sara does not disappoint! The restaurant takes great pride in the dishes they present and share to guests. We were blown away from start to finish. Even if you are unable to speak Japanese, they do speak some English. But when it comes to food, I believe that’s the common language we all spoke. With every sauce or texture of the food that came into my tongue, we were in amazement.

The menu does change every other season and everything you see or have on the menu will change. But I assure you, you will not be disappointed. It’s a perfect spot for couples, friends, little gatherings too. We even drew some ideas and joked about having our future wedding dinner plans here.

Made a reservation for the chef's menu online for Valentine's Day. Easy to get to and accessible parking. Service was incredibly attentive and welcoming.
