Arirang — Restaurant in Osaka

My experience at Arirang turned out to be a disappointing and frustrating ordeal. I was not only overcharged but also encountered deceptive pricing practices that left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied.

From the moment I perused the menu, I noticed that the prices listed did not align with the actual total cost. It quickly became apparent that Arirang was intentionally inflating prices, making it seem like a deliberate attempt to scam unsuspecting customers. The discrepancy between the menu prices and the final bill was substantial, indicating a lack of transparency and honesty.

As a customer, I expect fairness and accuracy when it comes to pricing. The deceptive practices employed by Arirang are completely unacceptable and demonstrate a complete disregard for their patrons' trust and satisfaction. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such unethical behavior in a supposedly reputable establishment.

Given my experience at Arirang, I strongly advise against dining there. It is evident that their pricing practices are deceptive, and they prioritize their own profits over customer satisfaction. This is a 2 floor restaurant. The entire 2nd floor you have to take off your shoes and sit on the floor. So if you're not into that, you should try another place.

My friend and I came here thinking the samgyeopsal was 1000 yen for 1 plate. They told us we had to each pay for the course and pay for the lettuce separately (1 person order is not allowed). We also got 1 tofu soup. All this was 3500 excluding tax.

Usually meals include tax prices in Japan, so it was surprising to see that at the end. The place is not well ventilated so it got really smokey. Besides that, we had to keep asking for certain utensils like tongs for the meat, water and cups, spoons and bowls for the tofu soup. The place seems really unorganized so patience is needed here.

Overall food was not bad. But it was not the best...

最低最悪、不味さと汚さの極地です｡今思い出しても気持ち悪さと怒りを覚えます。ほんと星1つもつけたくないです。すごく楽しみにしていた主人との鶴橋デート、あんな不味くて悪徳で二度と口にしたくない食べ物に出会ってしまった😭 一円も出したくないあの料理に一目見た時にお金払わず店を出たら良かったと言う思いでいっぱいです。

オススメはアリランチヂミと言うことで頼みました。何が入っているのか聞いたところ海鮮が入っていると言われました。海鮮などどこにも入っていません。かなり細かくして探しました。ニラとニンジンとカリカリとは程遠い苦い焦げまくったチヂミが出てきます。1000円です。嘘やろ〜まずい…不味すぎる。

春雨もおいしいよと言うことで食べましたが、油でギトギト､肉などひとかけらも入ってなくって、小松菜とニンジンと春雨と何かわからないですけど薄揚げみたいなのが入ってました。これも1000円です。 あと干し鱈？スープも頼みましたが、生臭くて飲めたもんじゃありません。干し鱈とは似ても似つかない味のしないワタみたいな具が入ってます。これも1000円😭😭 全て残しました。

ついてきたご飯と300円もするコーン茶が唯一食べれたものでした。2人で食べて4000円近く😭お金をドブに捨てたほうがマシでした。こんなにまずい韓国料理のお店が､大手を振って鶴橋にあるなんて信じられません。 入った時から嫌な予感はしていました。かなり暑い日だったのにクーラーなし。 強引な客引きでだまされたお客さん汗かいて料理見つめています。みんな、何これ？って顔してる。

前に座っていたお客さんのおしぼりでテーブルを拭いて、スプーンとお箸も直接テーブルの上に置かれます。私は神経質な方ではありませんが、前の人の食べた残りかすがっ乗っているテーブルの上でご飯を食べたくないです。ここで店を出れば良かった。

8品の付いてくるおかずも皿は汚れてるし､発酵しすぎて酸っぱくなったキムチとか、、何なの？これって言うサニーレタスに気持ち、ヤンニョムをかけたやつとか、すっぱくって臭くて食べれない水キムチとか😭干からびてパリパリになった玉ねぎの煮物と茄子のクタクタ煮みたいなクズ野菜みたいなのがついてきます。ブロッコリー溶けてました。他の人に出した残りかき集めた感じ。臭い！全全部腐った匂いしていました。発酵すると韓国のおかずってこんな匂いなん？でもすっぱい、臭い嫌な匂いです。主人は大丈夫？って顔で一口食べましたが、後箸をつけませんでした。

明らかにお客を馬鹿にしているとしか思えないそのような品々でした。全部不味すぎる。残しました。普通に業務スーパーで売っている韓国のお惣菜を食べた方がマシと言うか業務のが豪華なおかずに思えます。

他の方も書いておられますが、鶴橋で楽しい、おいしかったねの思い出を作りたいと思われる方は、注意して下さい。 客引きで強引、おかず無料よ、チョゴリも着れるよ〜何食べたいん？ってかなり強引に連れていかれます。店の中にお客が沢山いても惑わされないで下さい。みんな無理やりです。この声があるのは必ず、絶対絶対店名確認してください。ぜひ他の店にいかれることを...
