Had an extremely disappointing and alarming experience. Despite clearly and repeatedly informing the server about my severe food allergies, my request was clearly not handled with care. After taking a single bite of my meal, I began experiencing an internal allergic reaction consistent with anaphylaxis.
When I urgently contacted the Korean manager for assistance, he was dismissive, unprofessional, and entirely lacked empathy. Rather than apologizing or helping me manage an emergency situation, all he did was defend his ingredients. In a life threatening situation.
To make matters worse, I was still charged in full for the meal, despite leaving immediately due to the reaction. The complete lack of humanity, accountability and basic customer care from both the staff and management made this one of the most distressing dining experiences...

Seafood pancake: small, cannot see any seafood. Even we order BBQ meat (minimum starting order for 2 pax) they only serve a few pieces of vegetable, a bowl of soup and sauce. NO basic side dishes like Kimchi etc. And to refill vegetable, you have to pay 400 yen.
We came in as we saw the signboard with Chef Paik Chong Won, there should be a good standard, but truly disappointing!☹️
Our (2pax) bill was about 4000 yen for 1 pancake and 200g...
