Nabbeun Namja — Restaurant in Osaka

WARNING: False advertising! Photos shown are for three people, which was a lot less than promised on their set menu. We paid 6000 yen for three marinated pieces of meat and one slice of pork belly. To make matters worse, we had a measly portion of mushroom. It was one portion of enoki sliced into three, and one small shitaki mushroom sliced into three (didn't know this was possible!) I quote the server's explanation - "One table, one mushroom". I barely had to chew it before it disintegrated into pieces. What a disappointment.

The meat was pretty okay and the steamed egg was actually delicious, but the dining experience was ruined by their lack of transparency. When we enquired if the set was complete, the server saw the menu we left on the chair and surreptitiously removed it. Perhaps this is so that we would not ask about the (inaccurate) reference photos they had used to entice customers. 별 하나가 아까운적은 처음입니다. 얼마전에 다녀왔습니다 저녁시간에 일본인 친구와 둘이서 갔었어요 저희가 거의 마지막 손님이였구요 가게 마감 하시는 중 같았어요

그런데 홀에 저희가 있는데도 불구하고 스탭분들이 주방?쪽에 모여서 엄청 떠드시더라구요 것도 시X존X같은 비속어를 섞어가면서; 같이간 일본친구가 한국어를 할줄 아는 친구였는데 너무너무 창피했습니다. 그리고 얘기하는 내용이 저희가 앉아있는 테이블쪽까지 다 들렸는데요 일본여자와의 관계와 바람 대한것이 주된내용이였구요 손님한테는 들려서는 안되는 내용들이였습니다 주로 일본인 여성분들이 타겟층인 가게에서 그런 내용의 대화를 하신다는것 자체가 이상했어요 스탭들이 뒤에서 그런 얘기를 한다는걸 일본여자손님들은 모르시겠죠.

늦은 마감시간이여서 매니저님이 안계셨던건지 아니면 그 속에 매니저님도 같이 껴서 말씀하셨던건지는 모르겠습니다만 직원 관리가 하나도 안되어있었어요 진짜 직원관리에 신경 쓰셔야할것같아요 가게 나오면서 아 여긴 진짜 다신 오지말자고 친구랑 얘기했었구요 이런 안좋은 내용의 글은 별로 올리기 싫었는데 외국에서 살고있는 같은 한국인으로서 서로의 얼굴에 먹칠하지 말자는 의미에서 올리겠습니다.
