I was surprised the see the restaurant so empty most nights, while there are expensive items on the menu there can be great value to be found.Hotel restaurants are usually overpriced and average food but this was different.

Firstly the staff are wonderful l, they remembered my wife didn't eat pork, they helped arrange a birthday cake for my son even giving us a card with photo when he received the cake.

The hamburger steak and takeout Wagyu burger were amazing for the price. Their potato salad was also delicious The kids take out menu for 1000 yen is unbeatable. I found some of the other items such as pizza, ceasar salad were so so.

The food was average and over priced. The service was absolutely terrible. They had plenty of staff and chefs on show (I counted at least 8 staff) and the restaurant was only about 20% full but they just couldn’t seem to get their act together. We came back from USJ just wanting to eat and they made us wait 15-20 mins even before they showed us to our table. The food then came in dribs and drabs. Seeing all the good reviews on the gelato here, we had the triple gelato (strawberry, milk and pistachio (+100¥)). We were very disappointed with it. First, it can't be called a gelato as the strawberry was more of a sorbet, the milk and pistachio were also not creamy enough and were more like ice cream texture.
