Ichimaru Ramen — Restaurant in Osaka

100% recommend! This has to be the best ramen in the area by far. There are three main choices, a light broth("yasamaru"), a rich creamy broth ("ichimaru"), or a mix of the two ("nimaru"). All of them can be ordered "tokusei" which means you get extra chashu and a beautifully soft-boiled ramen egg. After you finish, you can order kaidama which is a second helping of noodles or "dobon" which is rice with bonito flakes that makes for an awesome finish. Classic Japanese Ramen! Egg is it's specialty and it does a good job with the poach egg. The tenderness of the ramen is just right. The piece of pork was one of the most so and tender one that I had amongst similar shops. A great ramen shop if you want a quick simple Japanese...

ついにご対面、"荒丸"！ 券売機には、本日限りの文字。

“特盛”とは違って煮卵載ってないけど、“いちまる”よりも鶏出汁が濃い！ような気がする。

あと、コショウがかかってないので個人的にこっちのが良き（ごめんね大将）

追記 へた丼(刻んで炒めたチャーシュー丼。しょうゆ味？)も食べてみました。 ほろぐにチャーシューを口いっぱいに頬張る。 そのまま食べるもスープをかけて食べるもよし。 お口が幸せ、ふふー。
