Irifune Sushi — Restaurant in Osaka

Tsuruhashi Station is a very interesting station. There are many different types of food. There are cafes and bars around the station. There are many products for sale. It is just one station away from Osaka-Uehonmachi Station.

This sushi restaurant is a very interesting place. I was impressed with everything about the restaurant. Fresh ingredients, full of flavor, reasonable price. Even though the seating is limited and there is a wait. But the goodness of this restaurant makes you forget all the troubles.

I got a seat at the counter. Although it was small, I could see the chef preparing the food. The atmosphere made the food more enjoyable and satisfying.

The shop opens from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you go in the afternoon, you may be able to avoid the long lines. English menu is available but you have to ask from the staff. CASH ONLY restaurant so you have to prepare the bank note.

I would like everyone who is considering choosing this restaurant to try and have a good experience here. Everyone I have recommended has never been disappointed with the taste...

鶴橋でいつも行列になってて 気になりつつも並んでない時に 来ようと思ってたお店

日曜日の夕方、列は1名だけ だったので並んでみることに

ほんの5分もしない内に 1名様先にどうぞと案内された😁

店内は8席ほどのL字カウンターのみ

メニューは両端の壁にあるので ちょうどど真ん中の角に座った為 写真撮ることが出来ず😓

ドリンクは梅酒をロックで🥴

握りは以下を注文😋 どれも2貫での提供

🍣貝柱 🍣ほたて柱 🍣うなぎ 🍣トロたく 🍣芽ネギ 🍣金目鯛の炙り

まずはミル貝の貝柱が到着 かなり厚みと大きさがあり これから来る寿司に期待大😻

口に入れてみると甘い❗️旨い😋‼️

次に来たほたて柱も甘みが強く 新鮮でかなり旨い✨

値段がわからんがこれだけ旨いなら 好きなもん食べ尽くそうと思えた😆

次はうなぎ 🔥ヤケドしそうなぐらい 熱っつアツに炙られていて コレがまた旨いのなんの😻💓😻💓

こんな温度での鰻にぎり 今まで食べたことがなくて めっちゃ感動したわ🥹✨

続いてとろタク たくあんが細めではなくて しっかりしたものだった

フツーに旨いが個人的には 本当はトロよりマグたくが好み🤣

芽ネギはおろしに鰹とポン酢で あっさりと😋 芽ネギ久しぶりに食べたケド やっぱいいなぁ💓

ラストは金目鯛の炙り これまたしっかりした厚みのある 美しいビジュアル✨

香ばしさも感じられ ほんま旨いねぇ😋

どれもかなり気に入ったので 手頃な並の盛り合わせを 手土産に買ってみた

思ってたよりちょい高めだったが 味の方は想像を遥かに超えていたので 総じて大満足かな☺️

席の場所がL字カウンターの ど真ん中でこれまた狭い😂 とてもゆっくり出来る環境ではなく

サクッと食べてすぐに退散‼️ 滞在時間わずか30分ちょいちゃう🙄笑笑

そこを考えれば⭐️4つかなと 思ったりもするけど

新鮮で旨いネタと熱々のうなぎに 感動しすぎて、お腹がまだいけるなら もっともっと食べたかったので

また並んでない時に是非 来てみようと思えるお店でした😋

Seriously good. Highly recommended, quality sushi, traditional place. Great prices, for ~ £30 pp you can get stuffed on (large sized) special sushi like swordfish or o-toro. No English menu but I'm sure with pointing towards the fridge or asking for omakase foreigners can...
