Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning around 10:30am. It wasn’t too busy and lots of seating.
When you walk in you basically choose your soup base and size of noodle with the first attendant. You then grab a tray and move down the line and wait for you bowl of noodles to be ready. Depending on what you chose the final toppings (beef curry etc) will be put on top at the end.
While that’s all being done you take the square plate out it on your tray and choose the tempura you want on top. There is English and pricing. After that you pay at the end and they put on your final toppings.
As you move towards the seating area there is unlimited green onion and tempura crisps you can put ontop of your soup. The tempura dipping sauce is in a little dispenser on the side the the bottle up top are soy sauce. There is also warm and cold water you can help yourself to.
Seat yourself, enjoy and then put the dishes away when you leave at the right area.
Quick, easy, warm and delicious!

The food was usual and the tempura was good, though I wish the sweet potato tempura was naturally sweeter. It was just abit of a find after shopping at Umeda. I left my phone on the table with someone but the staff chased after me thinking I left it, that was...

You have to order your udon menu first and wait for them, and you will be free to add your tempura, which has many choices to select. They also provide the bar that you can add the toppings to, as many as you want. It was one of the popular udon restaurants in Japan, and it was so...
