I wish I could give negative stars to tell you how much I dislike it. This is the worst ramen I have ever eaten in my entire life, no doubt. Ramen was hell salty (I am someone who takes super rich and strong flavour in ichiran, so I basically eat super heavy taste). Pure salty. Meat was warmed with microwave!!Wth ?! And the meat has strong porky smell. Basically a bowl of terrible ramen with world saltiest broth and nasty pork slices. Owner was not friendly at all. In fact, he show long faces throughout the time I spent in the shop. I actually wanted to leave the shop before finishing the ramen but he looks too scary so I don't dare LMAO. My advice, NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP PLEASE.

This ramen place was a hidden gem! Enter a small alleyway, then walk up the stairs to the second floor, and take a right. The restaurant is in the middle of the hallway. It seats about 6-7 people at most. The ramen is so delicious and all made in front of your eyes. The meat in particular is cooked with a torch and has the most amazing flavor (a slight burned flavor, but in the best way). We had the curry ramen and the soy sauce with onion oil ramen, both delicious and unique in their own ways. The owner is very friendly and speaks some English, and was eager to give us his recommendations for Japanese snacks, drinks, and restaurants in Osaka!

A hidden gem located in a 2nd floor alley... Had been here during May 2023 and recently in October 2024. Still a Hugh favourite of their Shrimp Salt Shio Ramen!! And wife is someone who doesn't like bamboo shoot, but she like the bamboo shoot from the ramen that she ate all of it. **It was always with queue from Local Japanese. Rarely can see any Foreigner or Tourist but if a place is always frequent by their local, it means the place is good!!!**

A hidden little gem!

My friend and I went to eat here. It is on the second floor so it took a few minutes for us to find, but definitely worth it!

The chef was so friendly and explained the different types of ramen we could choose on the dispenser.

When we had ordered we could also adjust the toppings and level of salt.

Before leaving he even gave recommendations on where else to eat in Osaka and what other foods we should try.

We left with full stomachs and smiles...
