I absolutely like this hotel very much bcoz its near to Ogimachi station (3mins walk) for the subway and the Tenma Station (6mins walk) for the Osaka Loop Line which makes travel by train very easy (eg it takes 18mins to get to Namba by subway and 3mins to Osaka by Osaka Loop line). Read moreStayed for 4 nights on a business trip. Room was very clean. Bathroom razor, toothbrush and cotton buds replenished daily. Pyjamas and slippers provided. Fridge and kettle in room. Vending machine and ice machine next to elevator. Charging lead provided had 5 different adaptors. Wi-fi was excellent for downloading work files and streaming tv. Staff very friendly. ||I did not use the TV / movie facilities. ||Minor moans:|Safe was only big enough to hold a tablet. Read moreWe walked straight passed hotel when we were trying to find it. A big X out the front and everything else written in Japanese and we're supposed to know that X means cross- wave. We booked through Rakuten travel, thinking we booked at a reasonable price and when we did find the place they added another $180 Aust dollars to the price, tax,s. When we complained they didn't understand. Also toiletries that were supplied at other hotels, here you had to pay at front desk. No coffee just tea. We had booked another hotel through same site.
