I’ve been traveling across Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto for over 20 days, trying all the famous ramen, soba, and udon spots — from Shin Udon to Ichiran Ramen and Ramen Kuon. But this place truly stood out — the noodles were absolutely amazing, easily the best I’ve had in Japan! The people here are incredibly friendly, especially the kind uncle who runs the place. "Experience", thats what this ramen taste like.

Very hearty and accomodating soup, feels a little smoky which add so much dimension to it. The cooking time for noodle is also perfect.

You almost taste the years of passion that they pour in to the bowl. 10/10
