My wife and I were on our honeymoon and our good friend invited us to participate in an okonomiyaki making class. Upon arrival, Keiko greeted us very warmly and exchanged names. Before starting the class, Keiko went into the history of okonomiyaki and even the different variations of each part of Japan. Keiko’s English was great and her instructions were very clear. Throughout the class, Keiko gave us many opportunities to socialize with others from different parts of the world. At the end of the class, we all got to enjoy the food we made.
