I had a reservation here on October 4. The Tokyo Shinjuku location was amazing so I wanted to try this while I was in the Kansai area. It was not as good of an experience.

This location is found in the Grand Hankyu building. There's multiple Hankyu buildings in the area so you have to find the right one and right elevators to get to it. I ended up being 15 minutes lates because I was in the wrong building. Luckily they still seated me.

Since I had already experienced a larger course at the Tokyo location and knew what I liked, I picked a smaller Matsusaka Filet course along with an Umeshu on the rocks. The piece of ice they put in it was absolutely ridiculous. I attached the photo because it was just unbelievable someone would serve that.

The meat was good of course, Chef was decent and English speaker friendly, the service wasn't all that attentive though. It was disappointing after having such a great experience at a...

We had an incredible lunch here. The steak was superb quality and was easily the best steak I've tried. The chef was engaging and put on a great show cooking our food tableside for us.

The views over the city are great, and the service was perfect. The lunch menu is incredible value (approx £40 per person for a set lunch which includes salad, soup, rice, steak and veg). It's definitely worth upgrading to the garlic rice, which was delicious. Drinks were very reasonably priced for such a nice restaurant.

It gets busy and the lunch service finishes at 2pm, so definitely reserve a table. We lucked out and got a last minute reservation 30 mins before...

Undoubtedly the finest steak spot in Osaka. Opted for the basic course but upgraded to Matsusaka and Kobe beef, along with Matsusaka beef paired with Ochazuke. You get to choose how you’d like for your meat (rare, medium rare, etc). The meat effortlessly melts in your mouth, striking a perfect balance—rich flavor without overwhelming the palate. The chef's detailed explanations of each plate and the entertaining flame performance add an extra layer of delight. Servers are also attentive and refills your cup in a timely manner.
