Pizzeria＆Bar Logic Tennoji — Restaurant in Osaka

I was very excited to try this restaurant last night because all of the signs made the restaurant look so good! The second floor dining space was spacious, but had a very intimate vibe! My wife and I ordered several menu items, including an antipasto, ajillo, pasta and pizza. It was moderately busy and the drinks came very quickly! Unfortunately the food wasn’t as quick as the drinks! It took 30 minutes to get any food and it wasn’t the antipasto, but the ajillo. The antipasto came third, which by its very name should have come first! The pizza was the Margherita D.O.C. With buffalo mazarella, which was used sparingly. My wife ordered the Genovese pasta that had more potatoes (that there was no mention of on the menu) than shrimp! Overall, it was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone...

Overall, this place was decent. The food was good, though not particularly exceptional. The service was also average—neither bad nor outstanding.

We were required to order a starter, which wasn't exactly what we wanted, but it was acceptable.

この店舗だけでも月4回以上利用させていただきました。 何も言わなかったら、なぜか3階の個室に上げようとするので、個室が嫌なら事前に聞いておいた方がいいです。

■個室 個室は非常に狭くて、メニューを立てる所すらないので、テーブルの上に置くと、スライディングドア開閉する度にグラスやお皿などが引っかかって、何度もひっくり返されちゃいそうになって、本当にめんどくさい。

■料理 量は少ないが、味は星4つ。 マイナス1点は量が少ない分と、辛いと表記されているペンネ(🌶🌶)がピザのディアボロ(🌶)よりも全然辛くないと表記通りでは無い分の減点です。

■サービス 基本的には問題ないのですが、下のキッチンの女性スタッフの堂々としたつまみ食いが気になりました。 作った人に渡されて食べたのかもですが、堂々としないでいただきたいです。衛生面が気になります。作った人も作った人で、営業時間内に食べ物のつまみ食いを促すような行為をやめて欲しいものです。 また、直近の訪店時、入口付近にいた背の高い男性スタッフの対応でもうこの店に行きたくないと思いました。3回以上声掛けても無視されたのは非常に気分悪かったです。見向きどころか、いらっしゃいませも言わず、真横まで行ってあげて、大きい声で『アノー！スミマセーン』って声掛けても、反応無し。 忙しいとかなら、一旦目を離して、「待ってください」とか言えたはずなのに、それすら出来ていないのがこのレベルの店にしては有り得ませんでした。
