Ramen Tsuji was by far the most special ramen we had on our journey through the country of Japan. The restaurant has only around 8 seats, therefore waiting lines especially during lunch hours are normal. However, waiting time is relatively short, because people eat quite fast. Inside the restaurant each person has something like a little booth, and all spots are separated with little wooden walls. Perfect for an individual lunch, not ideal however for anyone seeking for interaction during the food. The ramen came with a kind of milky/foamy soup, which tasted phenomenal. Also the „special soy sauce“ was absolutely delicious. Portions were huge, and we had the feeling that almost every bite was tasting slightly different, given the rich variety of flavors. Spent 6 months living and working in Japan. Every new city I went to I would always finish off the day with a bowl of ramen. This is the best ramen I have had. Definitely on my #1 on my list of things to do next time I'm in Osaka.
