Hands down as authentic Japanese eatery you can get, plus the bang for the buck.

You select you Udon and then go do wthe line adding on whatever you want and everything is freshly heated or cooked to perfection

I got the curry udon and the volume is more than enough. The thick noodles and wonderfully curry sauce they used matched well, no too salty, but enough to satisfy your taste buds. You also get a bit of meat on it and can add as much fried leftover topping at the end near the register to your soup.

The fried foods were so good, as I got Mushrooms, Fish Cake, Chicken all fried up ans crispy. The batter they use has that nice salty touch and more the crispy enough so when you put it on your udon it won't instantly get soggy, though that is a style of eating it as well.

There is also oden and that was simmering at the beginning of the line, it is extremely refreshing on a cold day and has a variety of items in the stew.
