We were looking for a place that included vegetarian ooptions to get to-go food, and this place was close to where we were staying. A sweet family run place. We ordered butter chicken, butter paneer, chana masala, samosas, tikka chicken, garlic naan, and rice. The owner said it would be half an hour (it was actually quicker), so we ordered some beer to drink while we waited. They gave us some crisp hot pappadam to go with the beer. We saw them cooking up the naan in the tandoor oven and chatted with them and the nephew who was there on business. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the tikka chicken. So tender, juicy, and flavorful. I asked about aloo gobi and pakoras, as they weren't on the menu. The wife said aloo gobi was one of her favorites, but not popular. I had mutton masala with side of rice and cheese naan earlier today, overall the food wasn’t too bad, the masala was pretty good until I started eating the naan then i saw a big piece of hair in it, i lost my appetite. I told the people working there about the situation they tried to play it off at first than after i started taking picture they agreed that there was hair, after this i did not want to eat at all and i barely ate any of my masala so i tried to leave they wanted to make me a new naan but i just had no appetite anymore dude got so mad he tried to force me down to eat,so i paid 1000 yen for my masala with rice and left. Great curry with fresh handmade naan. If you eat in, you can get all-you-can-eat Naan for no extra price. (Wow!!) Take out is also available for the whole menu. Spicyness can be chosen for all curry. There are many vegetarian options.
Sitting at the counter is great for people dining alone or in pairs. There are also several tables in the back (total about 12 seats) for bigger groups. The staff is super friendly and provides great service with a smile.
