I cannot thank the staff enough for their outstanding service during our recent encounter in December 2024. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, making us feel welcomed and valued. The staff went above and well beyond to ensure that we had a safe place to stay for the night, avoiding the streets.

For context, we booked on booking.com but an error was made on the website leading to us not being able to secure a room for the night. Two staff from the hotel, 阿庭 and 恩, were the two individuals that helped us As we were stranded in their hotel lobby with our luggages (another party let us into the hotel as it was freezing cold outside), we did not have a hotel to stay at for the night. This is when 阿庭 and 恩 drove to the hotel in the middle of the night, let us use their personal phones to call booking.com, translated for us, and personally drove us to our new hotel. This whole process took hours but these two individuals stayed with us the whole time to ensure that we had a place to stay for the night.

Overall, I was blown away by the kindness, hospitality, and professionalism of these two staff displayed. As we didn't even stay a night at their hotel, technically we are not even their customers and the staff did not even need to help us but they did nonetheless.
