ROCKS Cafe — Restaurant in Osaka

The woman with a big round face was extremely hostile and gossipy. After I paid for the drink, I continued reading the menu. She told me to take a seat in an aggressive, dimissive way multiple times, making it a strong command.

If she, a server, was capable of turning a brief interaction less than 30 seconds so dreadful, she was unfit for any customer facing positions. She even gossiped about me with other staff right in my face. She acted as bossy to other customers. She also flipping some paper so forcefully that the noise was disturbingly loud.

I had been to this cafe a few times. The coffee she made was the worst, which got me thinking what exactly she was there for. Bad coffee, bad attitude are bad for business. How many customers does she intend to offend and chase...

We visited this #cafe on a sunday morning in #Osaka. We were a group of 10 and we managed to find a seat. However, after 11 a.m. it got really crowded. We were lucky to come earlier. The atmosphere is quite nice, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you 🙏The breakfast had several options, l prefered Morning Set Menu. You can either choose toasted bread or croissant. l chose croissant but l suggest you pick toasted bread instead. Went in for breakfast to find they have a plate of food with includes your choice of toast, salad, egg and a drink for 650 yen. It was pretty good for what you pay for.
