Came on a Sunday night for dinner and managed to get a seat upon walk-in.

Nice overall experience. Beef broth served in a little cup and a salad arrives first. The mains took a while but they also made sure to serve both of us together.

The beef broth was excellent. Piping hot. Flavourful. Refreshing and clear.

We took the best and second best seller. I love the beef tongue on the second best seller, it is so tender. If you are taking the demi-glazed sauce (no. 2), it might pair better with rice because of its rich flavour.

For no. 1, the juice was bursting out from the burger. It is tender and nice.

As it is a popular restaurant, we avoided the lunchtime when it is expected to be crowded and visited for dinner. The atmosphere is a little more sophisticated than your average Japanese style western restaurant. This time I ordered the omelette steak. A perfectly round hamburger steak on top of soft omelette rice, topped with black Demi-glaze sauce, looked absolutely gorgeous. When you cut into the hamburger steak, plenty of meat juice oozed out, whetting your appetite. The soft egg in the omelette rice was also carefully cooked, and the demi-glaze sauce on top was simmered for a long time, giving it a rich, deep flavor that really brought out the flavor of the hamburger steak and omelette rice. I didn't want to take away from their rating, so 4 stars, but it means nothing. I didn't get to try it, they are reservation only, but only seem to take 2 people+ The food looks delicious but I only really wanted to try one dish, this doesn't seem to be an option. During reservation, you are asked to pick from 3 set courses, which starts at 8800 yen and goes to 13200 yen, which seems a bit steep for hamburger steak.
