We got to experience the Five Star View A 360° view of the sky and Japanese hibachi tapanyaki style cooking. The menu we got was great. The fish was delicious and so was as the steak and all the sides. There was a bit of a communication issue and everyone was 100 percent Japanese. The other guests that shared our table ordered the larger menu that included prawns that were still alive and that was not as disturbing as the black Japanese abalone, a large marine mollusc served in its half shell, about the size of my hand. It was jumping off the plate while we waited for the chef to cook it. A prized culinary delicacy they say but we were not ready for this experience. Other reviewers did not go in with the right expectations and were disappointed; this isn't Applebees or your standard "fancy" place. This is a higher class of food + it's a hotel restaurant. So if you understand what you're getting and don't judge a meal based on how full you are afterwards you'll have a great experience.
Chat up the chefs, too, if you want to learn a little bit about anything. They're very skilled and pretty interesting as well and will engage you throughout the meal if you ask a starter question! (Pretty much Japanese only, but some communication can still be had.)
