If you can get a window seat, this café offers a lovely view — and considering the scenery, the prices are actually quite reasonable.

Mainly good for sitting with a nice view! I just had a cappuccino, but I enjoyed it. Next time I want to try another drink. Minus a star for atmosphere because the chairs and tables were old and stained, and as usual to most coffee based cafes in Japan, taken up by people studying who long had finished their drinks.
