This upstairs restaurant is literally next to Otaru Station and at the exit of the Sankaku Market. We visited Sankaku seafood market but as our kids were not interested in the food there we made a quick escape. We chanced upon this little ramen restaurant and sat down at 12.25pm when there were another 4 customers. Bizarrely, by 12.35 the entire place was full. Excellent food and service.
